Soprano Laure Delcampe, a graduate of Brussels' “Conservatoire royal de Musique” in Jules Bastin's class, was also taught by Elena Nentwig and Michelle Wegwart. She  followed the master classes of Walter Berry, Mitsuko Shiraï and Harmut Höll.

She is a laureate of the « Fondation belge de la Vocation » and won first prize in the opera category as well as third prize for melody at France's Concours des Voix d'Or.

Amongst the roles she interpreted in Belgium and France: Naïade (Ariadne auf Naxos, Metz), Papagena (Avignon), Olympia (The Tales of Hoffman), Blondchen (die Entführung aus dem Serail, Liège), Le Feu (L'enfant et les Sortilèges, La Monnaie), Il Piaggio (Ballata de Luca Francesconi, La Monnaie).

She has been giving concerts and recitals in France, Germany, the Netherlands, and has been working with several ensembles: the NeoBarock (Forum für Alte Musik Köln), Oxalys,... She has also been accompanied by pianists Catherine Mertens, Boyan Vodenitcharov, Vladimir Sverdlov and Muhiddin Demiriz.

She premiered and recorded « An die Nacht » by Benoît Mernier with the Liège Philharmonic Orchestra, a piece she also sang in Paris (Radio France) and Tallinn with the National Orchestra of Estonia.

She worked under conductors Alberto Zedda, Kasushi Ono, Marcello Viotti, Friedrich Pleyer, Patrick Davin, Louis Langrée, Ronald Zollman, Pascal Rophé,...

She recently sang the first soprano part in “House of the Sleeping beauty” a world creation by composer Kris Defoort with the National Orchestra of Belgium at the Palais des Beaux-Arts, Brussels. To be released, is a CD of songs by Arnold Schönberg and the chamber music version of Mahler’s 4th Symphony together with Oxalys.
